Commercialization Structure: Commercial/Academic Hybrid Business Model

The Center For SEAM works in conjunction with SEAM Aero L.L.C. to manage the flow of contracts and production of intellectual property within the "SEAM Enterprise" as a whole.  The Commercial/Academic engineering & manufacturing infrastructure this forms enables high levels of freedom in structuring contractual arrangements that both meet our clients needs and protect their interests.  The result is commercial & government access to robust University capacities, multiple PhD skill sets and technical capabilities to leverage against contracting opportunities.
